The Pub2Pub Charity Fun Run and Festival is proudly organised by the Rotary Club of Brookvale and in its 24th year and will raise much needed funds for local and other needy charities and service organisations.

The challenging race, starts with a 800m sand start from the Dee Why Surf Club and winds its way via the back streets along the beaches providing the participants with some spectacular scenery along our magnificent coastline. New this year is a 6km start at Rat Park and joining the pack this year at Mona Vale will be the short course runners and walkers. Finishing with a spectacular festival at picturesque Newport Beach

Background – Where it all started

Initiated by Mark Bayfield, the original route was between thier Dee Why Hotel, along Pittwater Rd, to The Newport Arms. Group Marketing Manager Cameron Bayfield worked with Rotary to re-birth the current coastal course

The event has always been a community and fundraising activity

The Bayfield Family are very proud that Pub to Pub is a major community legacy and is embraced by the community and raises much needed fundraising. Extremely pleased that the Pub to Pub was rebirthed with the help of Cameron Bayfield, Brookvale Rotary make it their major fundraising event and introducing an amazing coastal course to avoid any main roads issues. We are looking looking forward to seeing the Pub to Pub continue. It will be nice to be able to tell the grandkids why they’re running in their 1st Pub to Pub in years to come.
